Morning sickness is a symptom all pregnant women know all too well. If you’re vomiting during the day, keeping hydrated is the most important job you have. Be careful not to fill up with water or fluids to the point you are get to full for eating. Brushing your teeth and rinsing after every meal can be a smart idea to distance yourself from the flavor of food and the aversion it can produce.
Avoid lying down or having naps after meals
Avoid lying down after a meal and especially having a nap after a meal. Sleeping or lying down can increase nausea.

Eat food that has soothing effect on nausea. There are many different kind of foods out there that are supposed to soothe nausea. Which one of them works differs between individuals.
